Can I amend an order after I have placed it?
We are really quick at getting your orders ready - however, as long as you contact us within 12 hours of making your purchase, we will happily alter your order where needed.
I have received a faulty item - What do I do?
We want to rectify any issues with orders as soon as possible - so contact us as soon as you notice the fault and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- The name of the product
- A description of the fault
- Any pictures you can provide would be of great help
I have received an incorrect item - What do I do?
We want to rectify any issues with orders as soon as possible - so contact us so that we can rectify any errors straightaway.
Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?
We are really quick at getting your order ready - however if you contact us within 12 hours of making your purchase, we will happily cancel your order and you will receive a full refund.
I am missing an item from my order, What do I do?
Due to varying shapes and sizes of orders, we sometimes send orders in more than one package. Give 24-48 hours from receiving the first delivery - if your full order has still not arrived, please contact us straightaway via our email address.
How can I cancel my order?
The Customer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) advise you have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you have paid for shipping.
